An open house and ribbon-cutting on Monday celebrated the Ellis Primary Care facility's move to a larger space at 115 Saratoga Road in the new Socha Plaza in Glenville. The center includes blood draw capability and an on-site laboratory. Patient appointments begin Tuesday. New patients are accepted, as well as walk-in appointments.
